Why is an app not appearing in my issue view?

  1. Verify the app is installed (check Admin ⚙ > Apps)
  2. Confirm the app is enabled for your project
  3. Check that your issue type is configured to display the app
  4. If it's your first time using the app, you may need to grant access when prompted

How do I grant access to an app?

When you use a Raledo app for the first time, you'll see a permission dialog. Click Allow access and then Accept to grant the necessary permissions.

My app configuration disappeared. What happened?

This shouldn't happen. If you notice your configuration is missing, please contact our support portal immediately with details about what happened.

How do I uninstall a Raledo app?

  1. Navigate to Admin ⚙ > Apps
  2. Find the Raledo app you want to uninstall
  3. Click the app name to expand its options
  4. Look for an Uninstall or Manage button
  5. Follow the prompts to uninstall

Note: Uninstalling will remove all configurations for that app, but your custom fields and data will remain in Jira.
