How do I install a Raledo app?
All Raledo apps are available on the Atlassian Marketplace. To install an app:
- Log into your Jira instance as a Jira Administrator
- Click the Apps dropdown and choose Find new apps
- Search for the app name (e.g., "Linked Comments")
- Click on the app tile and select Get app
- Follow the installation prompts
- Click Close when installation is complete
Do Raledo apps store my data?
No. Raledo apps do not store any of your data. All data is stored within your Jira instance. Our apps only have read-access permissions unless explicitly configured otherwise (such as creating issue links when requested).
Are Raledo apps secure?
Yes. All Raledo apps follow Jira Cloud's security and privacy standards. Our apps:
- Do not store personal data
- Only request the permissions they need
- Are built on Atlassian's Forge platform (a trusted, secure runtime)
- Comply with Jira Cloud's security requirements

How do I grant access to an app?
When you use a Raledo app for the first time, you'll see a permission dialog. Click Allow access and then Accept to grant the necessary permissions.
Can I request new features?
Yes. We actively listen to user feedback. Please visit our support portal to request new features or suggest improvements.
